San
Roque Club
Set amidst the hills of the most southerly corner of Andalucia,
in a spectacularly beautiful landscape of cork oak woods surrounded by views
of the mountains and the Mediterranean, this Championship Course provides
exciting and stimulating golf to rival the very best. With a number of different
tee positions, the course offers numerous combinations of length and degrees
of difficulty to challenge the expert and the less experienced player alike.
Defined by Tony Jacklin and designed by one of the world«s most successful
course designers, Dave Thomas, the San Roque Club is already recognised as
one of the world«s finest courses. As the Andalucian Headquarters of the PGA
European Tour, The San Roque Club has been the Venue for the Apollo / McGregor
Week since 1992 and hence opens the Tour Calendar in January. It closes the
Tour in November by hosting the Qualifying School Finals where Professional
