The Benabola Apart-Hotel was built in 1985, and offers 110 luxury apartments. All apartments are very spacious and luxurious and consist of a fully equipped kitchen, salon area with satellite TV, dining area,and airconditioning. 1 bedroom apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedroom apartments have 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with two individual beds and en-suite bathroom. Penthouse apartments have the same distribution but the floor area is much larger. All apartments have terraces with views to the sea and the marina or to the precinct. Full laundry and dry cleaning services are available, with 24 hour reception. Apartments have a daily maid and cleaning service all year round which is included in the price. Parking is provided free in the basement car park, which is secure and manned 24 hours. Access to the apartments is by elevator directly from the carpark.
